Excellent Customer Service November 17, 2020 Reviewer: Bianca Alonso from Austin, TX United States   Jessica informed me after I placed my order for two 7 oz blocks of sculpey souffle igloo that it was on backorder and offered to keep the order on hold or cancel. I asked to keep it on hold and when the clay became available, she called and emailed me to confirm I still wanted them. Would definitely order from them again! Was this review helpful to you?

Outstanding November 16, 2020 Reviewer: Maria Perezselsky from McMinnville , OR United States   When I first ordered this clay it was out of stock. I was able to get my name on a back order list and get the same sale price they had at the time I had originally intended on purchasing my clay. The staff was super friendly and stayed in contact about wait times. When my clay was ready to ship, I was able to buy a large amount, it shipped incredibly fast and the product was really fresh.
