I was amazed at the amount of beads that Munro had to offer. I found out that three generations work at the store. I was initially helped by a person on the floor who was very short with me and once she thought I had what I needed walked off and I was not able to locate her again for more questions. When I went to cash out the person at the counter identified herself as the granddaughter of the owner, the customer service provided was awesome. I had to return to the store for more items and once again was helped by a woman that didn't really seem to want to be their. Customers should not be able to tell who the owners are all staff should treat the customers as if they are part owners as well.
