Best LTC on the market February 24, 2017 Reviewer: Andrea from Washington state   Once I found Kato LTC I was hooked. The versatility of this product is astounding. From a finishing coat to various creative techniques. I feel Kato LTC is an essential tool in any polymer clay artists box- even if Kato is not the clay you generally use.
