Customer service March 4, 2019 Reviewer: Barb Alexander from Victoria BC Canada   Always the best!  An item was not in stock so I received a phone call telling me that.  I needed the order in a very small time window and the CS rep assured me it would get there.  I was dubious because of the distance but it actually arrived a day earlier than I expected.  These folks are "on it"! Best deals for small home-based business March 6, 2018 Reviewer: Yoney's One Of A Kind from Moreno Valley, CA   I've never been in the store and I only order online. Can't get any better! December 6, 2016 Reviewer: Peggy Bellm from Highland, IL United States   GREAT costumer service - if something is out of stock, they call to let me know.  FAST service - usually ships out same day as ordered.  Polymer clay is always fresh.  I recommend this company in all my art classes as one of the best places to get all sorts of art supplies at reasonable prices and great shipping. Amazing! January 4, 2016 Reviewer: Tracey Pitz from Welland, ON Canada   I just received my first fairly large order from Munro Crafts and couldn't be happier! I have never experienced such a high level of customer service, above and beyond anything that I expected. I live in Canada and have a hard time finding some of the products that I need but was able to find everything here! Usually I can't justify paying the huge shipping costs but Munro Cratfs went out of their way to save me money. I will be ordering all of my future supplies from this wonderful store. The products were all as described and the polymer clay I ordered is fresh.
