1. Prewash fabric, no fabric softener. Insert Tulip® Fashion Form™ or piece of cardboard between layers of fabric.
2. Remove backing from stencil. Press on fabric.
3. To paint, squeeze Tulip® Soft Fabric Paints™ on foil. Tap dauber sponge in paint, tapping off excess on foil. Dab in openings of stencil.
4. Let dry flat 2-4 hours. 5. Machine wash alone (turn inside out). Can wash after 72 hours. Line dry.
