Ordering & Discounts
To place an order:
- Add your products to the Shopping Cart.
Once you have completed your order it will be submitted to us to confirm product availability, additional discounts, and to calculate shipping charges.

For orders within the U.S. we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal for mail order payment. For orders outside the U.S. Initial orders over $200.00 must be paid by PayPal. Repeat orders may be charged on a credit card but must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. We are not responsible for customs or duties charged by your country. Sorry, no C.O.D. or checks for online or mail orders. Wire Transfers are not accepted
IN STORE: We accept cash & all major credit cards & debit cards, sorry no checks accepted.
ONLINE PAYPAL INSTRUCTIONS: When paying by PayPal, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE. The invoice will have the correct amount with any changes & shipping charges will then be added. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship promptly.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: When paying by credit/debit card, please save the credit card to your account and provide the CVV code in the order comments box. There will be 2 charges on your statement. One amount will be for the merchandise and one will be for the shipping (and any additional merchandise that was added after order was placed).
You will be charged for your back order when the merchandise is back in stock & we are getting ready to ship it to you. The discount from the original order is applied. There is a separate shipping charge on all back orders. Handling
is not charged on back orders.

Manufacturers are increasing prices for their products and as we are informed our website is updated as soon as possible. New shipments of gold and silver product prices fluctuate according to the current market. We update as fast as we can, if you have any questions regarding prices, ask while placing your order.
- Shipping is to be determined. Shipping is calculated according to weight. We try to ship the most economical way, in order to save the customer money. You can request to be contacted with your shipping charges.
- YOU CAN ALWAYS CHECK YOUR OWN SHIPPING CHARGES AT USPS.com or UPS.com
- Shipping can be anywhere from $8.50 to over $100. It all depends on weight, distance & size of the box.
- We add a $2.00 handling fee to all postage.
- You can always call us before you place your order, to get an estimate.
- Orders are shipped UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. WE CAN SHIP FIRST CLASS UPON REQUEST, but it will not be insured and we are not resposible if it gets lost.
- ATTENTION: INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped in USPS Flat Rate Medium or large Boxes.
- If you prefer one shipping method over another please request it at the time of your order.
- Insurance is added if shipped by USPS.
- ATTENTION: All shipping claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date
- Notice: We are unable to ship to Armenia, Belarus, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo (Republic and Democratic Republic of the), Dahomey, Ghana, Kampuchea (Cambodia), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Niger, Nigeria, Niue, Serbia-Montenegro, South-West Africa (Nambia), Togo, Tongareva, Turkmenistan, Zanzibar
- ATTENTION: PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESSES. If your address is given wrong, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the $13.50 correction fee.
- Once your package is scanned in at your delivery location, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For International deliveries, we are no longer responsible once the package is scanned into your countries customs location.
- If you require a signature for delivery you may request that in the order comments box at checkout. It will be a $2.53 additional charge added to your shipping cost for this service.
Pricing on all items combine for your total amount before your retail discounts are applied, however only the items at retail pricing will be discounted. Other items are at wholesale pricing (cost) are not discounted any further but help add to your total to get the best discount off of the retail items. Please see the individual product listings for information on whether or not that product is eligible for discounting.
- IN STORE:
- Orders totaling under $100, discount is 25% off retail items.
- Orders totaling over $100, discount is 40% off retail items.
- Orders totaling over $200, discount is 50% off retail items.
- When shopping with a friend let us know. We can combine the totals of your individual orders to get you the best discount possible.
- FOR SHIP OUT ORDERS:
- Minimum order of $25.00 for ship out orders.
- Orders under $50.00 - no discount on retail prices
- Orders $50.00 to $100.00 discount is 25% off retail prices
- Order over $100.00 discount is 40% off retail prices
- Order over $200.00 discount is 50% off retail prices.
- Items that are cost, with no discount, are final sale. Items include but are not limited to: Books, Magazines, Austrian (Swarovski) Crystal Items, Czech Crystal, Kraft Paper Bags & boxes, Sale Items, Charms, Bali Silver, Beads/Pearls sold by the strand, cut or counted items, Mystic Maid products are priced wholesale, no further discount is applied.
Returns & Claims:
If you have any questions about returns or discounts on your order, please inquire about our return policy and final sales before placing your order. Shipments are insured with the carrier. If damage occurs, contact your local UPS/USPS depot to file a claim, save all packaging material for inspection by the carrier. All returns require authorization. A 15% restocking charge as well as shipping charges will be imposed on authorized returns due to customer error.
There are no returns or exchanges on special orders, sale items, Austrian (Swarovski) & Czech crystal items, cut or counted items, charms, bags, boxes, beading wire & thread, Bali Silver, beads sold by the strand, books, tools. Returns must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase, must be accompanied with receipt & have authorization. Discount will be adjusted accordingly. Display Items shipped within the U.S. and outside the U.S.: Display items will be replaced with your next order or credited to your charge card. Shipping outside of the U.S: Due to shipping rates being so high, if the error is ours, your credit card will be credited from any damage or shortages due to our error.
