Jewelz Expression Collection - Powdered Mica Pigments    Jewelz Mica Pigments are beautifully pearlescent and metallic in appearance, and are widely used in artistic and decorative applications. Either natural or synthesized, each color is simultaneously reflective and refractive, causing a brilliant sparkling color.
